It’s me MT and welcome back to the Heavy Spoilers show! Let’s go on ahead and talk about the end of that new Deadpool and Wolverine trailer because who the hell even made that portal for Wade and Logan to escape The Void? And where could they have possibly gone? Also, what could have happened to Wolverine to make him not want to be alive anymore? All good questions so let’s just dig into it, my Nerd Babies!Alright so, the new Deadpool and Wolverine trailer shows us Wade coming across a severely depressed and suicidal Logan who openly welcomes the idea of Deadpool turning his head into a Canadian donut with Adamantium filling. This is before the two somehow eventually goof themselves into The Void, the nigh inescapable realm towards the end of time that the Time Variance Authority used as their dumping grounds for all the beings they decided to prune from He Who Remains’ sacred timeline. And you know they’re in The Void because The Void’s number one resident Alioth can be seen making a cameo in the trailer after they made their first debut towards the end of the first Season of Loki. By the end of the trailer, it seems that Alioth is threatening to destroy Logan, Wade and all the other mutants that have assembled within the compound that Cassandra Nova, big bad bald bitch extraordinaire, seems to have built within the remains of an enlarged Giant-Man skeleton. So in order to keep their atoms from being permanently destroyed by this massive cloud of Absorptive Darkness, Logan and Deadpool jump into this incredibly convenient Sorcerer’s portal into safety and, presumably out of the The Void.
