Bethesda Just Updated Fallout 4 again, did that fix your issues?
FYI - Mods are once again broken, but F4SE will get updated faster this time. I already see a few persisting bugs on twitter. Personally I'm not having any issues but i'm curious if the missing next gen weapons/ammo got fixed.
