Hello! I've enabled Channel Memberships for my Youtube channel for the first time. Hey! Let's talk about a few things.

First, thanks for the love on the Fallout New Vegas series. I've more highlights releasing soon that have been edited from my Twitch streams. I've more variety content releasing too! We're nearing the end of New Vegas on my Twitch channel, so we'll be moving to some new games soon.

Second, thanks for the love on my avatar featuring more in my videos! As someone who doesn't typically use a camera, It brings me a lot of joy to use. As you may have spotted from my Minecraft video, it was indeed made by Shenpai and she did an amazing job on it. I still plan to use a camera and no-camera when I want to, it's just really nice to have another option for presenting myself.

Third, I've been really happy with my streams and videos lately. Since starting variety content on my Youtube channel, there's been a lot I've wanted to play and make videos on. I try and look back at the channel as a whole when I can, and it's just cool seeing so many different series now. From Fallout to Minecraft, Stardew to Wii Games, Pokemon to Zelda and so on, I'm really happy with the mix of different videos and games. It's hard to believe it's been almost 6 years since starting variety content too now - the anniversary is coming up on May 27th.

I get asked a lot how I decide what I want to play, or will I play X game series again. But the truth is I always like looking for something new. I never want to exhaust a particular game or make videos on something until it gets boring and tiring to watch. I'd much rather have my fill and fun, and then start something new I'm actually excited for. I think you can see that across the many different series on my channel all these years later. Shoutout to the recommendations I receive in my suggestions box on my Discord server too for helping me find these games, as that's the place I take them. Shoutout to my Discord server in general for just being lovely to chat with as well.

Lastly, thanks for bearing with me this year in particular. I've had a mix of poor health and life happening behind the scenes, and I appreciate everyone being patient with my schedule. I've been uploading a bit less because of this, but I've been trying to make the videos a bit longer to balance things out. I've also been organizing more of my videos into playlists again, so I hope that makes it easier to find different videos of mine if you're looking for something to watch.

Thank you everyone for the massive support on my movie-length Minecraft Let's Play video. I'm really glad the video resonated with so many people, and it's been one of my all-time favourite videos we've ever made. I don't like talking about my health that much but I've actually not been that well recently. Tomorrow I'm uploading my last video for a while: The Best of RTGame 2023. This one means way more to me than just celebrating the past year of content. It's been a while, but my 2023 on Youtube began with my entire channel being restricted and demonetized because I asked Youtube for help with an issue on my Best of RTGame 2022 video. I had to seriously consider leaving Youtube, and if it weren't for the overwhelming amount of support I received following this, there may not have been a future for this channel. We were ultimately able to get Youtube to change its content policy, but my Best of RTGame 2022 video is still restricted since.

The theme of a lot of my content this year has been overcoming challenge as a result haha. I've tried this year more than others to beat harder games. From my Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Permadeath run to Sekiro, Rhythm Doctor and the Pokemon Black 2 & White 2 Nuzlocke, it has been a rollercoaster of hard games. I hope it's made for entertaining videos and streams, and I'm excited to bring more in 2024!

I'm a bit worried the Best of 2023 may still get restricted on release, as the past two years of my Best of RTGames have had trouble now. I try not to ask or insist on it on my channel, but if you see the Best of RTGame 2023 tomorrow, a Like or Comment is hugely appreciated to support the video. We had so much trouble this time last year, and I'm genuinely thankful to still be able to do Youtube and Twitch come the end of 2023.

I hope everyone has enjoyed my videos and streams for 2023. This will be my last video for a while -have a very Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.
